Telehealth consultations can also be arranged by the practice on occasions when this is deemed appropriate. Please contact our office by phone, email or via our website if you would like to make an appointment.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Location:<\/strong>\u00a0Suite 1404, St Vincent&#8217;s Private Hospital<br \/>\nLevel 14, 406 Victoria Street, Darlinghurst NSW 2010<\/p>\n<p><strong>Appointment fees<\/strong>\u00a0are paid at the time of consultation. Rebates can be claimed through Medicare. Fees may be subject to change.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Please bring<\/strong>\u00a0the following to your consultation:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Referral letter from your general practitioner or specialist<\/li>\n<li>MRI, CT Scans or X-Rays, along with the reports, for viewing<\/li>\n<li>Copies of results of any other investigations such as Audiograms and Visual fields assessments<\/li>\n<li>Letters from any other related consultations<\/li>\n<li>Your Medicare, DVA or Private Health Insurance details as applicable<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Special requirements<\/strong>\u00a0are in place in relation to Covid-19 directives to ensure the safety of patients, staff and visitors. These will be discussed with you prior to your appointment. Further information on our Covid-19 protocols can be found on our Coronavirus Update page or by contacting our office.<\/p>\n<p>Due to the nature of neurosurgery, there may be unforeseen delays on the day of your appointment or the need may arise for your appointment to be rescheduled.
